Flower Gallery takes care with every arrangement to supply quality and freshness and value for money.
All flowers (seasonal and non-seasonal) are subject to availability and these market conditions may require that we make substitutions to assure the highest quality possible so your posies may vary from those pictured on this website. Please feel free to discuss all of your options with us as there are changes with flowers on a daily basis. Our flowers come fresh from the flower markets from top growers throughout New Zealand. Where possible the particular container shown will be supplied. Should these not be available, alternative containers of a similar value and style will be substituted.
If you do have any complaints with our products you have received please contact us within 24 hours to discuss the reason. The images shown are a guide and we will endeavour to match as close as the seasonal flowers are available at the time of the order. Flower Gallery cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage to goods in transit. Late delivery does not entitle the purchaser to cancel the order. All goods returned must be in their original packaging.
Should you wish to cancel your order we require 12hours notice. A full refund can be given. Flower Gallery cannot cancel any order that has already been made up.
Protecting your privacy is important to Flower Gallery. We ensure your information remains confidential. Flower Gallery will not disclose any personal information to a third party, who is not involved in the preparation and/or delivery of the product unless authorized to do so or required by law.
Flower Gallery has made every effort to ensure that the information on this site is current, accurate. Flower Gallery may change the content or services described in this site at any time without prior notice. You are welcome to email your queries to us on email@example.com or phone 09 372 5477.
It is your responsibility to ensure all delivery address/details for the recipient is correct. Ensuring that the recipient is going to be at the delivery address on the day of delivery is the responsibility of the sender.
If you have specific instructions for the delivery of your gift bouquet or other products, please note them in the Additional Information field during checkout or contact Flower Gallery personally with the details.
If the recipient is not at home when we attempt a delivery, we will either:
- Phone the recipient to schedule an appropriate delivery time if information is provided.
- Leave the arrangement in a covered, secure area of the home (porch, garage, or other entrance)
- Flower Gallery cannot take responsibility if any loss or damage is incurred to goods left outside premises.

- Oneroa – Onetangi $10.00
- Rural addresses $15.00
- Off Waiheke Island please contact us for pricing.
Monday – Saturday : orders must be placed before 10am for next day delivery.
Sundays and Public Holidays : delivery is currently not available, unless Valentine’s Day or Mother’s Day falls on a Sunday, in which case we will be open and deliver as normal.
